Originally from New Jersey, Alexander Mendez has been a resident of Miami-Dade County for over 40 years and has extensive knowledge of Miami and its many dynamic and ever-changing neighborhoods. He has traveled the South Florida region for the past 5 years as a real estate professional. He is a graduate of Florida International University. His background in Accounting and Management Information Systems have allowed him to provide exceptional detail-oriented service to his clients and maintain a strong relationship amongst his peers. His experience with processing title work and short sales have allowed him to assist his clients with the cumbersome nature of real estate sales. While not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Alexander can be found at home or around town enjoying time with his wife and son at the many indoor and outdoor places South Florida has to offer. Alexander likes to be involved in the community and serves on the committee for Nico’s Promise program at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation. He is fluent in English and Spanish and ready to serve the South Florida community with its real estate needs.
